The Production Process, Origin and Sheet Classification of the Thin Film Switch

1. The origin of the thin film switch:

(1) The graphics are made on the film substrate, and the entire component is a switch function, so it is called a thin film switch.

(2) The finished product is made by bonding several layers of different material films, the thickness is about 0.6~2, 5MM, the appearance is like a plate, and it has the dual functions of a panel and a switch, so it is also called a panel switch or a thin film switch.

(3) Because this kind of switch has a short action stroke, only about 0.25~0.5MM, and the switch pressing force is 0.5~1N, it is more sensitive, and the switch can be completed with a light touch, so it is also called a touch switch or a light touch keyboard.

2. Classification of film sheets used in thin film switches:

Sand surface PET has: F series (fine sand surface) F150.F200, V series (coarse sand surface) V150.V200. It has a good polar sheet that can be embossed and both sides have been specially chemically treated. The sand surface of the thin membrane panel switch can be printed with transparent window liquid, and the glossy surface can be printed with PVC and PC inks.

Hard coat chemically treated PET: EBG (glossy) series EBA (matte) series

Hard-coated PC sheets have different specifications: AUTOFLEXPCG (smooth) AUTOFLEXPCA (matte) circuit layer sheets: Yes: AUTOTEX product special PET heat-stabilized and anti-shrinkage treatment and adhesion treatment smooth PET sheet, there is AUTOSTATCT3, CT4, CT5, CT7, thicknesses of 25, 100, 125UM, heat-stabilized and anti-shrinkage treatment and adhesion treatment of smooth PET sheet, there are AUTOSTATCT3, CT4, CT5, CT7, thickness of 25, 100, 125UM, respectively.
